- All cash-out requests (cash-outs) must be made from the cash-out section at the Cashier or by clicking the "cash-out" button at the bottom left-hand side of the screen. Cash-out requests will not be accepted in any other way.
- No promotional bonuses or any other bonuses will be issued or allowed once a cash-out request is in pending status. This will remain so until that cash-out has been either approved or cancelled.
- You cannot cash out any winnings before making at least one deposit.
- You can request cash-outs only when all payments made by you have received final approval.
- We reserve the right to pay any requested cash-out partly or in total via the same method of payment that deposits were made with.
- If your cash-out request is for less than the minimum permitted amount, the funds will be returned to your account balance.
- There are no fees charged for any of our cash-out services; however, your bank or payment processor may levy a fee to process your cash-out

- You cannot cash out before you have met the minimum bonus wagering requirements.
- Any cash-outs greater than $200 / €200 / £200 require verification procedures; proof of identity, age and place of residency. However, we reserve the right to require verification for any cash-out amount.
- No bonuses and prizes will be issued or allowed once a cash-out request is in pending status. This will remain so until that cash-out has been either approved or cancelled. The term doesn’t apply for promotional bonuses.
GratoWin reserves the right to pay out all winnings at a rate dependent on the VIP level reached.
- All GratoWin customers can withdraw up to three thousand Euro (3,000 €) per month.
- Only VIP customers can withdraw higher sums per month depending on their VIP level:
- Bronze customers up to five thousand ( €5000) per month
- Silver customers up to seven thousand Euro (€7,000) per month
- Gold customers can withdraw up to ten thousand Euro (€10,000) per month
- Platinum and up can withdraw up to fifteen thousand (€15,000) per month
Any winnings will be paid out at the same monthly rate until completion.
- A customer (no matter of his VIP level) who hadn’t make any deposit in the last 12 months and won, can withdraw up to thousand (€1000) Euro per month.
- Any amount to be withdrawn that is greater than the maximum specified will be transferred back into the Player's Account to be withdrawn in the following month.
